Bienvenue a 1880s Paris
The opera house chandelier is in a frightful state, following that nasty business with the phantom who recently plagued the Palais Garnier and terrorized patrons.
Now that he is gone (presumed dead), we are holding a fundraiser to restore the chandelier to its former glory. There will be paddle bidding, a silent auction, a tombola (drawing), music, and afternoon tea service.
We will convene in the balcony overlooking the chandelier and ballroom. Look forward to live background music by Dennis Aguilar, plus vocal selections performed by Bradley Miller and Abby Carlson.
Dress as you feel befits this auspicious occasion.
$25 per reservation will be earmarked for Whimsicalitea, the arts nonprofit of the Academy of Omniosophical Arts & Sciences.
